The Indigenous Folks of Biafra, IPOB, yesterday launched into avenue protest in Aba, Abia State, demanding the discharge of their detained chief, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
The protesters, who adorned white garments and Biafra flags, marched from East avenue via Azikiwe street to Ariaria space. They vowed to proceed the protest till Kanu is freed.
Among the protesters said that the IPOB chief didn’t commit any offence to warrant his detention and urged the federal authorities to obey the order of the courtroom to free Kanu.
