Kidnappers of the Taraba State chairman of the Coalition of Civil Society Organizations of Nigeria, Dr Joseph Gimba, are mentioned to have demanded N25 million ransom for his launch.

Gimba, DAILY POST learnt, was final Thursday kidnapped by unknown gunmen from his residence within the Magami space of Jalingo, the capital of Taraba State.

A few of the coalition members who spoke with DAILY POST correspondent on Monday mentioned the abductors who earlier demanded N100 million ransom have “now diminished their calls for to N25 million.”
