Former federal lawmaker, Senator Shehu Sani has alleged that some politicians are utilizing the outdated naira notes to purchase votes in Kaduna State.

In a tweet on Saturday evening, the previous governorship aspirant in Kaduna State, stated folks had been being paid N1000 to N2000 to vote for a selected social gathering.

He wrote, “The outdated Naira notes that had been made a authorized tender by the Supreme Court docket turned the instrument for vote shopping for in Kaduna State.
