A 35-year-old tailor, Sheidu Mukaila, has been arraigned earlier than Zuba Magistrates’ Courtroom for allegedly taking nude photos of a suspect at a police station.
The defendant who lives in Bassa village, Abuja, was charged with defamation, printing or engraving matter recognized to be defamatory and try and commit an offence.
The tailor dedicated the offence whereas detained at Airport Police Station on April 4. Mukaila reportedly took nude pictures of 1 Uja Obiajulu and despatched it to his spouse.
After arguments from the prosecutor and the defence counsel, the Justice of the Peace, Abdulaziz Ismail granted the defendant N1million bail, with a surety who should be a civil servant from Grade degree 7. Tthe surety should produce a duplicate of his final promotion letter to the courtroom.
The case was adjourned till Could 17 for listening to.
